Hot, spicy, flavorful and delicious dish made with mushrooms, onions, herbs and authentic SVS spices and mixes!
|mushrooms (cut into quarters)||400g|
|green pepper (chopped)||1|
|curry leaves||1 stem|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 tsp|
|cooking oil||10 ml|
|SVS black pepper powder||Half tsp|
|SVS all in 1 curry mix||1 heaped tblsp|
|SVS Romborussi masala||1 tsp|
|Salt to taste|
|Fresh cream (optional)|
Using a kadai or cast iron pot heat oil and fry onions until golden, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and cook for 2 minutes. Add SVS all in 1 curry mix, black pepper powder, and romborussi, stir and add a little water if needed until tomatoes melt. Once the braise has cooked, add mushrooms, green pepper, salt, sugar and toss. Cook until water dries up and oil comes to the top. Add fresh cream if desired, garnish and serve with paratha.
