|Lamb spare ribs||1 kg|
|SVS all in 1 curry mix||2 heaped tblsp|
|ginger garlic paste||1 tblsp|
|Nandos hot peri peri sauce||50ml|
|Veri peri sauce||50ml|
|steers hot peri peri sauce||50ml|
|Salt to taste|
Rinse spare ribs, and rub in Salt, SVS all in 1 curry mix, and ginger garlic paste, all to stand for 10 minutes. Once soaked, add sauces and honey to create a marinade. Soak for a further 10 minutes and then place on a oven tray and grill in oven for approximately 30 minutes taking care not to dry out sauce completely. Serve as a starter or main with chips and onions rings.
